HOW DOES TONE™ EMS WORK?
TONE™ EMS uses focused electro-magnetic muscle stimulating technology, which causes the targeted muscles (usually the abs or glutes) to contract, similar to how they would when we exercise only a lot faster, and therefore build and tone body muscle! A thirty minute session is roughly equivalent to 20,000 sit ups or squats in contractions.
